This one-on-one conversation gives us the chance to explore your goals, answer any questions, and lay the foundation for your personalized coaching plan. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for the process before committing to a full package.

Align (4 Sessions)
Start with the essentials. This package helps you get clear on your goals, build foundational habits, and create alignment between mind, body, and performance.

Elevate (6 sessions)
Build momentum and deepen the work. With consistent support, we’ll fine-tune your strategies, strengthen your routines, and expand your capacity to perform and recover with intention.

Thrive (12 sessions)
This is your space for transformation. Over 10 sessions, we’ll work holistically to support long-term growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you can truly thrive in sport and in life.
