This one-on-one conversation gives us the chance to explore your goals, answer any questions, and lay the foundation for your personalized coaching plan. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for the process before committing to a full package.

Align (4 Sessions)

Start with the essentials. This package helps you get clear on your goals, build foundational habits, and create alignment between mind, body, and performance.

Build momentum and deepen the work. With consistent support, we’ll fine-tune your strategies, strengthen your routines, and expand your capacity to perform and recover with intention.

This is your space for transformation. Over 10 sessions, we’ll work holistically to support long-term growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you can truly thrive in sport and in life.

The topic of Mental Health is a relatively new one. As someone who grew up with anxiety, I was deemed the "shy" kid. Now that mental health is more of a discussion, I know that I was more anxious than I was shy.

I have spent the last decade learning about mental and holistic health and how to deal with it, so I control it, instead of it controlling me. With the knowledge I've gained, I would be remiss not to share it. I truly love combining my passion for science and my love of sports and the people I work with.
